CD Audio

This type of compact disc is read-only, which means that once the data has been recorded onto them, they can only be read, or played. The process starts with making a glass master and stamper from a master supplied by the customer. With this stamper we will  replicate the CD which will then be checked on a number of different CD players. Once the discs have been thoroughly checked by our QC team, the CDs will then be ready for printing and packing.

Standard storage capacity: 640mb or 74minutes playing time.

Maximum possible capacity: 700mb or 80minutes playing time.

CD Rom

The most common users of CD Rom would be the games and software industry. The process of making a CD Rom is very similar to the process of making CD audio discs. Once we have completed the cd replication process, we then go on to compare the master disc with the manufactured disc. This is a process of checking whether every part of our replicated disc matches the master. The replicated discs are further checked on various different computers. Once the CDs have passed these tests, we are ready to replicate all the masters supplied by the customer and side by side continuing to run more tests throughout the process.

Standard storage capacity: 640mb

Maximum possible: 700mb
